Shutdown of Business Operations


It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of Bytewing, effective immediately.

After much consideration, and in consultation with my medical team, I've decided to reduce my work hours due to health issues.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your loyal support over the years. It has been a pleasure serving this wonderful community, and we will cherish the memories of the relationships we’ve built along the way.

Your patronage has meant so much to us. We understand this news may come as a surprise, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you once again for your incredible support throughout the years. We will always be grateful for the trust you've placed in us.

Official notice: Shutdown of Business Operations

Bytewing LLC is dissolving as an entity effective December 31, 2024.  If anyone has a claim against Bytewing, the claim must include the following:

  • Sufficient information as to the nature and substance of the claim.
  • The total amount being claimed by the claimant.
  • If the claim is based on an agreement, the claim must include a copy of such agreement.

If not sooner barred, a claim against the dissolved limited liability company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.
